RESIDENCE
SKYLINE
ISTANBUL, 2026

A calm urban residence shaped by soft geometry, warm restraint and carefully framed views.
Skyline Residence brings together generous proportions and a quiet material palette. Rounded furniture, natural textures and controlled architectural detailing create an interior that feels open, balanced and composed.

Each room maintains its own character while remaining connected to the wider design language. Subtle contrasts and selected colour accents introduce depth without interrupting the calm atmosphere of the residence.

APARTMENTS
PERA LINE
ISTANBUL, 2026
A contemporary interpretation of Istanbul apartment living, defined by depth, material precision and a measured urban presence.

Pera Line Apartments reinterprets the architectural character of Teşvikiye through deep window reveals, articulated floor lines and a restrained palette of limestone, bronze and burgundy-toned metal.
From the compact entrance lobby to the twelve residences, each space is shaped by proportion, material continuity and carefully coordinated details, creating a contemporary building that remains connected to Istanbul’s apartment culture.

VOLUME LOFT
TRIBECA
NEW YORK, USA, 2026

An expansive loft shaped by sculptural volumes, material contrast and a fluid relationship between art and everyday life.
Tribeca Volume Loft preserves the openness of the former industrial interior, defining its programme through custom furniture, partial-height volumes and carefully framed transitions rather than conventional partitions.

Dark walnut, patinated steel and deep green marble introduce weight and structure, while off-white plaster and natural wool soften the composition. Flexible gallery walls and integrated storage allow the art collection to evolve without disrupting the architectural clarity of the space.

ATRIA
BODRUM
MUGLA, 2026
A contemporary Aegean settlement shaped by shaded courtyards, fragmented volumes and a close relationship with the landscape.

Atria Bodrum reinterprets regional ideas of stone walls, controlled openings and shaded outdoor spaces without directly repeating the traditional white Bodrum house. Smaller volumes step across the site, reducing the visual scale of the development.
Three intimate courtyards connect the residences while preserving privacy and individual views. Lime plaster, local stone, bronze details and drought-resistant planting create a restrained architectural language rooted in the climate and landscape of Yalıkavak.

MEWS
HAMPSTEAD
LONDON, 2026

A boutique residential building shaped by material restraint, measured proportions and a contemporary response to Hampstead’s historic streetscape.
Hampstead Mews creates a transition between the more solid character of the street and a lighter, more open garden elevation. Its scale and façade rhythm respond carefully to the surrounding residential context.

Handmade red brick, pale stone and green-grey metalwork establish a refined material language without imitating historic styles. Recessed balconies, private gardens and a set-back penthouse give each residence a distinct relationship with the outdoors.
